The pharmacist was curt and dismissive. He was busy, it was late - I get it. I only had a question re. contraindications before buying an OTC sleep aid. I was distraught, with a raging migraine, reeling from the shock of losing my dog to a stroke just a half hour earlier. Two notes to the gentleman on duty: (1) a second of compassion goes a long way - people don't come to a pharmacy at 1am because they're having a happy night; (2) starting advice with the sentence, "Vagal nerve stimulation," would not have helped most people; I happen to have graduate degrees in biology and know what it means; odds are most folks don't, esp. at 1am. Pharmacy customers are the equivalent of patients - treat them accordingly.

Pharmacy service is terrible. Poor communication. Extremely long wait times.

I pick up my mom prescription, they are always fast, have the right stuff, the staff is also very nice and helpful!.
