We are out visiting my parents and we had to bring our two chihuahuas with us. Our girl who has a hear murmur, takes a liquid form of her heart medicine since she's only 8 pounds. We had our pharmacy in Texas send the papers over and for two days CVS said they never received the fax or that it didn't come through. On the third day we went over in person, called our vet to call their's and finally something was being done. The fourth day arrives and CVS decided to tell us they can't do compounds. In the beginning we told them she took a liquid. They made us wait four days just to tell us they couldn't do it. When we tried sending papers over to Walgreens, CVS told them they didn't have any paper work to send over. We had just spoken to the pharamisct the day before who said she had received the papers. So they were obviously not telling the truth. Waiting five days to be able to get my dogs heart medicine is a joke and they were very unprofessional.
