Recently, I went to the drive thru just to drop off a script. I've never been so disrespected by a female employee in my life! And I'm a retired chgo police officer! I've never been one to advocate for a person to lose their job, especially someone who looks like me. However, I feel like she needs some sensitivity training. I can't imagine if I was on the inside and she came yelling and screaming at me.. I would have had to defend myself, and that would not have been good! God bless that child... she had an angel that day.
The security guard guy with the glasses is the best at this location . He’s assertive and great with helping me every time as well as the other customers . He shows me how to shop will using the CVS app to save and shop smart . The manager is rude and distasteful . The one who brags about buying all clearance items before they hit the floor for customers . The one who doesn’t wanna hire anyone from the neighborhood. HER . The security guard is great at what he does effortlessly. Yet Ignorance is all I can say about this location .
Profanity Use....with no respect for your seniors or any customer for that matter. When I first walked in and went down the isle I heard the guy up front use the F__k word and then as l made my way to the register the security person starts cursing to the other two guys about something and when I said to him that he should have respect for the customer in the store he simply turned his head. No I'm sorry or anything. Respect is something you either have or you don't. They need to be checked
As someone who is mentioned in 5 star reviews quite frequently on my companies website, I’d like to say that Mrs. Keyosia has a DISGUSTING attitude. It’s even worse than that fried and dried wig standing on the top of her head. She needs to be fired at the least, and to be banned at the most. Please replace her with someone who is not cold and who has a genuine love for actually helping customers. I will never return to this location as long as she haunts the aisles. I expect more from CVS.

I think they are professional ,dedicated and dependable. People have to show respect to the staff. It take a snake to know a snake.They doing g good everyone deserves a pay raise. Customer service was very good when I do business at the store.Can say nothing but good things..Keep up the good work and please give them folks a raise for working in the hood. They got deal with hood people out side begging for money .
This pharmacy is the worst CVS location I’ve ever been to and I’m actively choosing not to send prescriptions to CVS anymore after 20 years specifically because of this location. Prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. The drive thru line is always ridiculous, and if you are in line before the pharmacy closes and get to the window at closing time on the dot, they will refuse to serve you. I won’t give them any more business because they do not have any regard for my time as a paying customer.
The store is ALWAYS short staffed and the drive thru can take 20+minutes with NO ONE IN FRONT OF ME.
I work for a Home Health agency and I had a patient who was in need of some supplies and we were crunching for time. Ms. Denise, who works at the front, was such an angel and took time out of her shiftwhile also attending to customers in the store, was able to get me all that was needed for the patient, and it was all done over the phone. It just goes to show that there is still a sense of humanity in this world because, she might as well have chosen not to help, but she did and was so sweet about it. Thank you Ms. Denise! :
Called one time and the pharmacist was extremely rude with ZERO professionalism. My Husband complained too about how rude they were when he went to go pick up my daughter’s prescription. You need some new staff. If it helps any it was a female I spoke with
