You will never know how strenuous it is to care for a loved one until you are put in the position to. After being discharged from the hospital, my mom was prescribed over 10 different medications to take DAILY! sent home with NONE. I took her prescriptions to this Kroger pharmacy after 6pm. 3 sheets of prescriptions. The pharmacist stood there and went over what medications would be needed that night just in case they weren't able to fill them all she needed 5 that night. I waited, around 7:30ish, all medications were filled. One medication was over $500, she and her staff located a coupon and I walked away paying NOTHING!!  You will never understand the joy behind that small but huge gesture. Can you imagine how much 10-15 prescriptions cost with just ONE being over five hundred!!!! And I paid nothing!!! And my mom received ALL of her medications in about an hour or less! One less worry was taken from me. If I could kiss them I would've. So I'll do even better and pray the Lord blesses them tremendously for their kindness.

The absolute sweetest people of any pharmacy I've been to. Multiple times I've needed a little extra understanding something or have come early for medication and they've always gone above and beyond.

My husband and I had to have our vaccinations updated. The lead pharmacist, Mercy was very informative and professional. We thank you all for doing what you do so well.

Stellar pharmacy staff! Their knowledge and care are the best I've experienced in Dekalb county. They're busy, so be patient. You'll get good care and helpful knowledge for your rx and for your loved ones rx.

I had a my c-section and was sent pain medication among other meds to this pharmacy. I called them in and was told give them an hour so I waited for almost two hours in massive pain while they kept telling me everytime I called “it’s going to be later” we had driven to this location two times at that point to get the meds and they kept making excuses. Finally I called and told them I was in massive pain and needed my medication, I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t care for my children they said I would have to come in. Keep in mind I just had a huge surgery, I have a newborn and my 5 year old so my husband was doing this for me. I start asking why and I get no answer. My husband on the other hand is inside the store dealing with the pharmacist who is asking super creepy personal question about me, my life, my children- questions that were not relevant to my medication. My husband pays for the pain meds and she suddenly tries to take it back,  She then says she can’t fill my meds because I’m on some other narcotic which was not accurate, my husbands telling her and I’m telling her I am not on that medication and finally after almost 7 hours of zero pain relief and arguing she reluctantly gave him the meds. As it Turns out my brother in laws grandmother is on that medication and this woman was so obsessed with not giving my meds she was reading other patient files associated with my number and getting confused!!

Bad costumer service. They close at 1 pm but stop helping costumers before 1 even if you're already in line. Only in our neighborhoods smh

The pharmacist Mercy does not change gloves between patient immunizations and medication dispensing. I literally saw her dispense med, pick up a empty water bottle left in waiting area then call two patients back all with the same blue gloves. I will be calling corporate  Also the tech Chad has a major attitude

I guess like the review above I must have experienced  "the wet mop pharmacy technician". Unfortunately, the entire team seemingly lacked compassion and communication skills. I certainly didn't feel like "Kroger Pharmacy is staffed with caring professionals dedicated to helping people lead healthier lives." I requested my prescription to be transferred from this location.
