I called in for my prescription and it was nowhere to be found in the system. I grew very concerned because I needed this medication by tomorrow. The pharmacist said she would do some research and call me back. She found my prescription and and apologized about the error. I was able to get  my medication that same day. I appreciated her urgency because she ended up calling me back within 10 minutes. She also gave me a coupon for my prescription and this shows above and beyond customer service. Two thumbs up!
