Unfortunately, the pharmacy does not share the level of customer service that the store does. Every time I come in or call, I am rushed. Last time I went in, I picked up a new prescription and asked to have it put on the auto-refill program and they asked if I could call and request it later because they were so busy.  Today, weeks later, I called to request the refill and asked if they could set me up on the auto-refill program and she asked that I ask them to do it when I pick it up. It's a runaround every time. A smile would be nice, too.

They are very unprofessional!!! Kim and another person named AngelA wanted to get verbal confirmation from my doctor and wanted my medical history to authorize my medicine. This is illegal. She should be fired. Very rude and racist!!

A pharmacist named Kim felt the need to tell me she doesn't feel comfortable filling my prescription because she doesn't think I'm obese (in front of a long line of people waiting to pick up their prescription).  She was unprofessional and did a poor job  representing Publix.

On hold at a different location for 12 minutes before I hung up. This pharmacist actually called me back later and told me everything I needed to know. It was the first time all day I've felt ok after being in the ER.
