Customer service for the pharmacy is horrible. I always have an issue. First off, I've been On hold now for 7 minutes with music, no one has answered the phone. I am calling because my husband is there trying to pick up my meds and they are telling him that they need my new ins. Info, mind you I dropped this prescription off flyer being in the ER at 12:00pm. Was told it would be ready at 2:00pm. It is now 7:30pm, no phone call or anything. Who is running this operation, please get it together!

If I could give this store's pharmacy zero stars I would. The pharmacist is rude and does not know how to handle himself like the professional he is supposed to be. He does not let you speak and cuts you off. Did I mention I was on hold for about 10min before anyone even said a word to me. No, "we will be with you shortly" or "can you please hold?" AND after the female tech picks up the phone and I ask to speak to the pharmacist she HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME! I call back, and there i was waiting yet another long period of time before she picks up the call. I mention to her that she just hung up on me and she does not even have the courtesy to apologize and just places me on hold to wait to speak with the male Pharmacist. I have taken my businesse elsewhere and cannot believe they have him as a head pharmacist. I, as a person that has worked for this company before am surprised and appalled that they have someone so disrespectful and unprofessional working as a head pharmacist. This store's  MCE MUST BE ON THE FLOOR!!

Im actually just been here for over 30 mins now waiting on the drive through for my prescription :( terrible service
