Jeez Old Hickory Farm Louise!! Where are the monkeys, the fish, the turtles because good golly this is a zoo. After eight years of going here I am officially convinced that every staff member here is completely mute. They restock all day...wait I shouldn't even say they, I should say the ONE PERSON working on the floor with a crowded store!!! We should have a number system like publix's deli set up so when your number is called you have your 3 minutes to get what you need and that's it. ZOO IN HERE ...new management needed badly...either that or management is too cheap!!! Hire more people!! BTW BIG TIP!!! Drive 45 seconds more south on Old Cutler Road and on the right is a Walgreens which is way more efficient anyway.

If I could give this store's pharmacy zero stars I would. The pharmacist is rude and does not know how to handle himself like the professional he is supposed to be. He does not let you speak and cuts you off. Did I mention I was on hold for about 10min before anyone even said a word to me. No, "we will be with you shortly" or "can you please hold?" AND after the female tech picks up the phone and I ask to speak to the pharmacist she HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME! I call back, and there i was waiting yet another long period of time before she picks up the call. I mention to her that she just hung up on me and she does not even have the courtesy to apologize and just places me on hold to wait to speak with the male Pharmacist. I have taken my businesse elsewhere and cannot believe they have him as a head pharmacist. I, as a person that has worked for this company before am surprised and appalled that they have someone so disrespectful and unprofessional working as a head pharmacist. This store's  MCE MUST BE ON THE FLOOR!!

I've been coming to this Pharmacy for the last two years and after having lived in different areas of Miami and visited many different CVS pharmacies, this has to be the best hands down. Friendly staff, I've never ever had anyone give me any attitude. The drive-thru is the best. They are quick, efficient and always have a smile on their face.

Whether you speak to them over the phone or when you go pick up your prescriptions in person everybody is fast courteous and professional at the pharmacy.

ZERO STARTS... the worst service ever by a guy called Mihanys and Rachel the most unreasonable people, without any knowledge about customer service... unfortunately google is not allowing me to upload the video, but I will find a way to post it, Do they have HR department ? i do not think they are doing a "job" training those people...
