The pharmacists on staff ignored my friend that has just had oral surgery and proceeded to carry on their conversation. When they finally acknowledged us they seemed annoyed; they definitely took their time filling the script even though there was not a single soul in here.

Very poor customer service from the pharmacist, also they have rude nurse!
Here is my story, I have a child who is nine months, and he has fever. I called the pharmacy telling them about my son and his age and everything, they told me to bring him in very fast because they are going to close after one hour, which I did!
We I arrived the nurse said to me rudely we didn't accept children less than 18 months!!!, I told her I called before I came and so and so! She closed the door without any respect!!!
I told the pharmacist that and he said his magic word SORRY...
Think about my child, who is just nine months, and taking him out in this cold weather .... I really disappointed to see people treating their customers like this!!!!!
