Brought my prescription here because my regular pharmacy was out of the name brand that I pay cash for ($800.00 for 30 pills) The medicine is for pain and had tomorrows date on it and the pharmacist not only wouldn't fill it but treated me like a crackhead junkie and talked down to me, scribbled all over my prescription and didn't want to give it back to me. If my kids hadn't been with me I would have went straight ghetto on him. I know the law. I'm a COO of a large healthcare firm in Greenville.  I take pain meds so I can live a halfway normal life and career - not to get high and drool like most of the pain patients I see.  
I don't know what this guy's problem was. Maybe his daughter is a pill head and he resents anyone who takes them?  If that's the case he's in the wrong profession. I have always filled my meds a day early so I can get up at 5am and go work 12 hours without having to leave the office to visit a pharmacy that may have a 3 hour wait time in the middle of the day.

I really appreciate the pharmacist that work at Clemson Rite Aid. They are on top of it all Thank you for all you do.

I was at one of the rite aid store located at 
525 College Ave, Clemson, SC 29631yesterday around 5 pm.

I was about to get my allergy pill which I was told to take all year around by a doctor. Due to my allergies and deviation in one of my nasal passages I frequently experience sinus congestion/infection issues. To be able breathe properly I need to take some medication to clear my sinuses and I get allegra D or similar medication to clear my nasal passages. I did not know there was a limitation on buying this kind of medication since nobody informed me about it. Anyway,mthe girl at pharmacy tried to give me my medication but failed and asked her supervisor who turned out be a  racist. While he was checking i asked if there was something wrong with my purchase he suddenly got angry and w/o any explanation took a box of claritin D out of the bag and started acting like I am criminal. I have told him that doctor told me to take it and my nasal congestion gets worse if i dont take it.. he called his manager and told him/her i refuse to leave even though he did not ask me to leave. he claimed i was making trouble which I did not. it can be  seen in the video footage if they have some.
Anyway, I asked him not to be rude and tell me an alternative to claritin d, like some other ways to clear my sinus congestion, he threaten me calling police to force me out.

Out of nowhere he started being racist since i am not an american.

He accused me making/using METH

And when I told him I will never come back to any rite aid again, he said they dont need my bussinees

I filed a complaint to the store manager but nobody called me and dont think they will call me

one more point when I asked my ID back he wanted to look at my ID and I refused it, and he said oh you are finallly leaving.

they can go ahead and watch the video footage and see how he was being outrages

Later, I went to walgreens and explained my situation cause walgreens hires real human beings, pharmacist helped me to get an alternative solution to my sinus congestion problem.

This has to be the best pharmacy in the Clemson area. The staff is amazingly helpful and always go out of their way to make sure they're available to the patient in any way needed. They go out of their way to help find coupons for prescription medications to ensure the patient is getting the best possible price. Service is also quick and accurate!
