It’s just a regular old cvs. No surprises and don’t expect much. It’s just there for some convenient shopping and the pharmacy.
I don’t even know where to start. We’ve been using this pharmacy for over 10 years, but in the past 2 years it’s really gone downhill. Pharmacy employees are rude, the line to pick up Rx sometimes is a whole aisle long — and lately, they seem to be out of the meds we need half the time. Terrible service, and bad stocking. We moved our Rx to the Walgreens across the street a few weeks ago, and so far so good. We really wanted to support CVS given they started the pharmacy approach to not sell tobacco, but their slowness, rudeness, and lack of stock has become unbearable.
The most hideously rude woman I’ve ever encountered at the pharmacy. Interrupted me, amazingly seemed to know what I was going to say before I even said it, and laughed in my face when my prescription was on backorder. I wish I got her name. Absolutely disgusting customer service
This pharmacy deserves 0 star if possible. Extremely rude staff: when I asked him to repeat he told me that nobody was talking to you. Told me that the pharmacist is busy and don’t know when my medicine will be ready. Definitely looks like he doesn’t give a dime about the job.
1/4 quarter of the self checkout screen is devoted to your personal security footage, reminding customers not to steal at checkout. I'm only reminded that you assume theft so much that you're willing to put that stigma on 100% of your shoppers. Won't ever come back to this branch. So disconnected.
On Sunday, 11/21, I went to this CVS to pick up a prescription. The good part is that the pharmacy experience was positive. However, the woman in line behind me had a dog on a leash. No, it was not a service dog, it was one of those little dogs. Dogs in a pharmacy? Gross. The dog was sniffing everything. Now, would you want to pick up some eye ointment, bandaids or vitamins after a dog had sniffed them? Talk about disgusting and unsanitary! I spoke with a very helpful store employee, Carolyn, who was acting for the Manager. I explained my concerns. She was very sympathetic but said there is nothing they can do. CVS employees can't ask people with dogs if their dogs are service dogs. CVS can't put a sign out front saying only service dogs are allowed. I will be reporting this to the local Board of Health. And needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Why is every staff member in this cvs location extremely and blatantly rude? And it’s been like that for at least 3 years! Got to love when the register lady standing AT the register gives you attitude, doesn’t offer to ring you out and tells you to use the self checkout register. I mean really.. isn’t that what she’s paid for? To ring out customers? There is never anyone in the aisles to assist customers and help find things, that includes the pharmacy. No one is ever at the consultation/drop off window so you HAVE to wait in the long line with other customers waiting to pick up their prescriptions just to ask a question and ask for help. I mean really… this is unacceptable.
the stores employees couldn't return my item
Always understaffed, always a long, long line, whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed. CVS saving money by giving bad service. I have to go here because my insurance requires it monopoly?, which ticks me off. I think this place, like so many other CVS's, is horrible.
Do you like robocalls? Are you lonely and wish someone would call, perhaps to tell you that a prescription you did NOT put in was ready to pick up, ore to tell you that it is time to put in a renewal for a prescription when you asked not to be called about it? Then this is the store for you! CVS will robotext you, robocall you, and generally annoy you all to hell in order to squeeze one more prescription out of you before you want or need it, or perhaps for something you no longer take. And if you ask to be removed, don't worry, they'll just change the type of robocall they make. Be very careful giving them your info.
