Horrible, horrible experience - didn't feel like calling me when my doctor left them a message saying they couldn't refill my prescription until she saw me, leaving me in the dark and unable to see my doctor until Monday, when I called to fill my prescription a week ago. Can't believe the lack of communication, especially communication they are apparently required to do based on the staff's somewhat apology to me ("Oh, sorry, we're supposed to do that.")

There is a manager at this Walgreens, a bald black man, who I witnessed being VERY rude to another customer - before he turned his negativity towards me. I have since spoken with some of my neighbors and they knew exactly which manager I was talking about, and were already aware of his unfortunate demeanor.  If anyone from Walgreens is reading this, please tell this manager to stop lashing out at the customers. His attitude isn't only unprofessional, it is disrespectful.

Dear Walgreens Managers; I have been a Walgreens patron for over 10 years and I wanted to acknowledge Claudia Faia of the Pharmacy. I think that she has gone above and beyond to assist my family and myself me by providing me with answers to how my moms medication could affect her, the many time she took the time to personally came from behind the pharmacy counter to assist and explain over the counter medications and which ones would give me safe and much needed relief to many ailments over the years. I trust Claudia and she is the best example of honesty, professionalism and genuinely caring for the customers. I feel one hundred percent confidence in her diagnosis of everyday human ailments and the same in how she provides my mom with the proper medications that give her the quality of life she so richly deserves. Thank you for your time and thank you for Claudia being a member of the Walgreens family.
