My son was given a prescription which his insurance covers.  They said they couldn't fill because they didn't have it in stock and when asked if the checked the store shelves I was told those brands were not covered.  I confirmed that they were saying insurance wouldn't cover the name brand or the CVS brand and they said correct .  When asked why it's covered at other pharmacies they couldn't answer me. They said that I could purchase it over the counter. On Monday I asked my local pharmacy to have the prescription transferred to them.  I stopped to get it today and was told even after multiple calls they still have not received the prescription and that the CVS pharmacist told my local pharmacist that she was too busy to do it. When I have scripts to get filled after express care trips, which with 4 kids is often, I always use this CVS.  Unfortunately, I will be finding a different location.

I find  that when I need help I’m always  helped by the workers at cvs especially the one young man at night he helps me when my coupons don’t work. Has a lot of patience also. Prefer to shop at night when it’s not crowded can get more help if I need it.

My favorite employee is "Hammer". Hammer is knowledgeable, helping one navigate the sales items and discounts. He is fast; the line moves right along quickly. Most importantly, he is congenial. He makes you feel that it is a pleasure, not a burden, serving you and that the store is glad you stopped by.  My favoriet guy!  My least favorite employee is the Manager, Matt Porkillo. I had a problem with Apple Cards. The desk staff overnight had been very friendly and helpful and did what the could to make things right, even telephoning Apple. The Manager however was just the opposite. Short, brusque, and uncaring, Matt said there is nothing they can do, that they can't contact Apple. He practically turned on his heel and left. Very unprofessional.

Awful experience, needed care from the minute clinic but no appointments were available. Sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes before someone came out and said no walk in appointments were available for today. Complete waste of time.

The assistance that I received from the CVS employee was exceptional, his name is Hammer. He made extra effort to assist me while I was having trouble developing pictures. He obviously is a man who cares about his job and assisting others.

I drove past this place while i was coming home from getting a Christmas tree. I had an earge to get a few cookies for the long drive home. I went in, got the cookies and began to drive again. When i first took a bite i thought they were laced with drugs, really. They were that good. Anyways i would reccomend this store over pretty much every other. The employs are so nice and the layout makes it easy to find things.

Matthew, the store manager, demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. It is recommended that he receive additional training in empathy and customer relations to ensure a positive customer experience in the future.

Highly recommended! Special thanks to "Hammer" for being so helpful. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my experience truly unforgettable.

CVS on Center Ave  is great! I do not shop there often , but when I visit,  the staff is always friendly, the store is clean and well-organized. The cashier Hamar does a wonderful job helping the customers to find what they need! A+ job! Would definitely recommend.

Front customer service is the slowest of all time. It is clear they don’t care or aren’t cut out to work in a customer service line. It should not take 4-5 minutes to serve each customer. They’ve lost business from me walking out if more than one person is in line
