It seems like a nice and well put-together CVS, but if you need help with photos/document printing, this apparently isn’t the place. I read on their site this store offered passport photos, and document printing. I showed up, couldn’t find a dedicated photo/print section but found a small photo corner with the white backdrop for passport photos, and a few printers that appeared to be off right next to it. I waited in line at the front registers right next to that area and asked if I could have my passport photo taken and print a document and the staff had a confused/conflicted expression come across her face and said “uhh, we don’t do that here.” Well, if that’s the case, can you remove that as an option from Google Maps / your website and/or those items from your store if they’re no longer available? Or if it was just the staff didn’t feel comfortable with taking a photo to make sure someone else is available if you’re offering those services and/or make sure staff are informed? I ended up going to the FedEx down the street who were able to take my passport photo and print out my document.
I was ignored for about 20 mins & super rude staff and i was told i had to wait 3 hours to get my meds !!!..stupid !!Dont even go there
