This team knows their stuff - Local trail knowledge, gear, repairs and sales. Got my wife's bike tricked out with a new reverb dropper post and new brakes, kids got new Trek 20's and they've been great with repairs to my Rocky Mountain Altitude 770. They also do group rides on the road and trails...stoked!

AMAZING. By Far the best bike store in town. They were able to work with my budget and needs to get me riding. They are very friendly, I walked in the door one day and they (not just one person) greeted me by name and asked me how my day was. I highly recommend this store.

Best bike store around, BY FAR!  The customer service is incredible and they are always looking to help without breaking the bank!   I  cannot say enough about how great they are, they won me over with great service and it keeps me coming back every time.  If you have any bike issues, go see Sean!

I live 5 min from a branded bike shop in Victoria. I would much rather drive  (or ride my bike) to Duncan for service. Dave and the staff are top notch. I highly recommend Cycle Therapy to anyone I talk to.

We were on vacation and we needed my wife's reverb dropper post bleed, not only did they fit us in right away so we could do the Maple Mountain loop, they did it for free‼️ Five stars for their service, they truly are committed to over the top customer service.
