I do not live in the US & have been trying to buy an E-bike for sometime. I tried a number of different stores in several different states & even countries I have visited. About a month and a half ago I was in Miami and tried Cycle World. Excellent service, tried the bike, purchased and arranged shipping- all on the way to the airport. I got the bike last week, obviously tested and carefully repacked for shipment. I am very happy with the purchase.  Ram provided excellent service and follow-up throughout.

Came to buy my first bike but didn't want to limit myself to one type of bicycle. Sales rep Kristian helped me find a great medium between a road bike and a mountain bike for a great price on this years model! 

Shortly after I brought the bike in for a tune up and the mechanic's were very friendly and easy to work with. 

Come here for all your cycling needs. You won't be dissappointed.

I called to check on a work order left this Saturday.  All I actually needed to know was if the Shimano order they were expecting by today had come in, since the components needed for my work were in that order. The guy who answered the phone was in a hurry to get rid of me, didn't let me finish a sentence and  then asked me the name of the wrench who wrote up my order. I told him and he put me on hold. After 21 minutes on hold I'd finished my drive home and hung up. I realize a shop can get busy but that's piss poor customer service. Then shops wonder why people do so much bike biz online? The advantage of doing business with a bike shop is service and a personal touch. Quickly throwing a customer with a simple question on hold is neither of those.

All staff  and management are outstanding.  Their service technicians are second to none. Best bike shop in Miami hands down. See Kris in sales and Tom in service and you will receive the best service in the business.

Best customer service ever. Cycle world put their customers first before anything else. There is no other place you should buy a bike. If you come in go see kris or Garret for any help on bikes
