Whatever you do- avoid this place at all cost. That is, unless the Proeprty Manager, Michelle no longer runs the place. She runs around on her little golf cart which I believe she believes is a police car scanning the entire property looking to see if anyone is mowing their grass in the wrong direction or their garbage bins are too close to the road. God forbid you get a visitor that stays longer than fifteen minutes her and he whole park will know your name and social security number by the end of your visit. Seriously - avoid this place. Don’t move here... senior citizens like us deserve to be treated with more respect and like adults.!!!!!!!!! Im glad I left !!!!!!!!! Michelle - learn some people skills and maybe you should learn how to properly manage a property like when Hurricane Irma hit and you fled and didn’t prepare the property one bit nor did you call when the electricity went out for weeks.

Look like a very nice park friendly people didn’t get to see a whole lot but from what I seen look pretty goog looks like you would have plenty a room for your RV

Not to much continuity, horrible roads.alot of crappy mobile homes in mix of some well maintained homes.High lot rent compared to the quality.

Great people and community. Lots of community activities at the clubhouse. Nice pool. Laundry onsite. Bathrooms need to be updated but are clean.

Even though my mother-in-law lives there I wouldn't want to live there they charge you for a lot of things that you shouldn't be charged for like fire taxes and they up the rent every year always needing money for something
