I went here on a Sunday and asked for the price of a unit. I was told that no sales people were available.  I left my email address to have the price sent to me.
 A few hours later I visited the website to request a price. To my surprise a " corporate" person called me and said that a sales person would call me by 8:15 Monday. Didn't happen.
 Long story short, I got a call from Dusty's Monday evening. I was told that I couldn't get a price until I gave them my personal information. ( What the heck) I made it clear that this was a cash transaction!
 Final tally: it is Thursday and I still don't have a price from Dusty's in Bartow. Don't waste your time there!

I have read some of the negative reviews, but I must say I had a wonderful experience with the whole crew, Kristy Rosier was my sales person and she was wonderful!!! Jr in service was also outstanding!!! Keep up the good work guys and gals of Bartow camping world, I think you all are on to something GREAT!!!

Absolutely a class act. My wife daughter and I purchased a few things for our camper and looked around the lot. Every aspect was great.

The chat rep was quite pleasant. The follow up by a sales rep, I believe a Ms Rogers was decidedly less pleasant. From my perspective she did not read the chat transcript, offered a 29 ft 5th wheeler when I specified 20-25 ft. I stated in the chat that I was in no hurry but with the proposal for the larger trailer I was invited to come in the NEXT DAY and subject myself to a sales spiel I didn't want. 

I complained to her personally and was told she probably couldn't help me. (A very true statement). I was also told to have a Jesus filled evening. I found that particularly offensive because my wife and I are atheists. Also in all my years of negotiations one NEVER brings up religion. 

Needless to say, I will use Craiglist before even speaking with another high pressure non-professional.  Dusty has lost my business forever. 

I notice that there are two classes of reviews. One dealing with parts, which receive good reviews and the other reviews relating to sales. The sales reviews appear to be universally dismal. I would have rated my experience as one star, or less, except for the chat agent. Apparently the company either hires incompetent sales reps or sets up the environment to encourage pressure sales. At least IMO. 

Edit: Two weeks later we have found FIVE RV's that actually correspond to the specs we gave the chat operator. We close on the one we chose later this week at a fraction of the cost of what was being offered by the RV store. So much for being told that we needed them to even find a travel trailer. As one can see, I am still annoyed with the whole experience and am likely to remain annoyed for a long, long time.
