There was no line, but just to cash one small check I had to wait 20 minutes and answer more questions than if I was getting a mortgage.  I'm all about keeping info safe.  But they could have done it at a much much faster pace.

Save yourself a big headache and choose a different credit union. We have had nothing but problems with them for 3 years. We will be changing as soon as possible.

I stopped by on my way out of Wal-Mart because I needed smaller bills. Nobody in line ahead of me and nobody behind me. When I asked the teller to break a $20 she asked if I was a member. Didn't even wait for a reply and said she can't give change it's the company policy. Hell it took longer to say that then it would have to make the change. Worst part is I just moved here from Arizona and am in the market for a local Credit Union. My current one was conveniently located in the Wal Mart I shopped in.
 What the teller said to me was "no Mr potential new customer, I don't want to help you and maybe get your business. I'm too good to wait on customers. I won't EVER go back !!!

I usually go to a different Cyprus Credit Union, I ran over here on lunch to deposit a check since it is close to my office. They put a hold on the check for a week. I have been to many other Cyprus Credit Unions and they have never put a hold on a check. I have even deposited a check of similar value (from the same company) at a different branch no problem. NEVER going here again. Maybe I will transfer all my business to AFCU. Deplorable.
