it's almost as if they don't want to help anyone. like you are a nuisance to them asking them for options on tile. Dealing with them was like some retarded game of who's on first

Was asked to move car twice to load product and then had to load it ourselves. Loading dock employee was very rude. When we built house got all our time from there. Try to shop at places like this but guess we will shop at Home Depot next time.

Very non friendly place. When you walk in the front door and pass two sales woman on left and right (3 feet away) neither one will lift their head and say Hello. Their eyes are on their computer screens (FB) I was there 15 minutes and then lifted a vanity in the back and made some noise before one would "yell" 'May I help you"?. Bought $2000 worth of second party vanities. They treated them like trash as they had to put dirty hands all over beautiful white wood as they put them in the warehouse. until I could pick them up. When I went to pick them up they still were not protected and now there were dents in them. I work hard for my money and they do not respect their product or clients. Need a few thousand square feet of tile and I get treated like a person at Home Depot so NO D & B FOR ME. !Never again!
