My wife has been going to this stylist/owner since she worked at JC Penney Hair Salon, a good ten years. Always friendly and professional. I love my wife's latest do.

I tried this salon for it's great and raving reviews. Unfortunately it did not work out. I left after getting my hair bleached and had a keratin treatment afterwards which if you ask around or read about it you're not suppose to do, it's too bad I didn't know that going in. My hair after two days of not washing, per the instructions I was given, was completely fried. I ended up needing to go to a different salon where as they were going through my hair chunks of it were coming off. Needlesst to say they cut more then 3 in off. 

I'm not one to even return something I didn't like at a restaurant but I felt like I should get a refund as ultimately I didn't get what I asked for. I went back to the salon to tried as politely and respectfully as I could to request a refund but she wasn't having it. She said that she put too much time into it to refund my money and that because I didn't give her the opportunity to fix it I would not be getting my money back. 

So be weary of all the good reviews and think before trying this place out.
