There was a nice welcoming environment for me and i liked the way my barber "Kendal" did my hair. With a nice bit of conversation on the side. If you are looking for not just a barbershop, but for an actual good one. This is the one to go to.

There's no loyalty in this shop, not to it's original customers and not even to it's employees, if you want the old fashioned family barber service go somewhere else. If you don't care who cuts your hair then feel free, pretty decent hole in the wall at that point.

Treated with respect, and received a great haircut. My Barber checked with me on length and shape throughout haircut and he explained product he used on me. These sound like no brainers but there are MANY shops that don't do these things, so this was very much appreciated. Also Good conversation and really all around great experience. Will return.

After moving to Apopka, I needed to find a new barbershop. I was lucky to find Hair Therapy. I received a great hair cut from them. I went back a few times after that. I called to make an appointment with Alex and he said I can't make it over the phone and To go online. I went out of my way and made an appointment  with Alex online, I showed up and he had no idea what I was talking about. ( I received a email notification.) He was able to cut my hair but I could tell I was cutting into his lunch. Fast forward to yesterday. I was reserved on making another appointment, but I really do love the way he cuts my hair. I went on the site and made an appointment. Low and behold I show up BEFORE work and my barber is off today. Why was I able to make an appointment? 
I have decided to find a new barbershop.
They do great hair but the customer service and appointment booking is terrible.
