This office is only open 3 days/week.....on my first visit there it seemed as though the doctor was genuinely concerned with finding out what the root of my problems were....I had to pay cash for that appointment ($525.00) because this office does not bill any insurance... at the time didn't mind because I felt like maybe I was finally going to get the help I needed and at the end of the first visit I was encouraged to e-mail or call anytime with questions/concerns.....since then however,... it has been very difficult to get any answers....I have been waiting 8 days now for a reply to an email on how I should proceed with my treatment (I called on the 6th day after I had sent it only to find out that the e-mail hadn't even been presented to the doctor by the phone receptionist yet)...it .seems to me that phone receptionist has no compassion or sense or urgency to help people in pain.....I currently have no idea how I am supposed to proceed with treatment....no help when calling office....very frustrating....probably would not refer friends or family here due to such difficulty in obtaining help beyond the first visit.

Dr. D'Eramo has helped me with many unresolved health issues over the years. I have two auto-immune diseases that were not correctly treated by prior 'specialists', and recently found to have a rare parasite. I looked into her fees before starting as a patient and they were inline with other integrative docs. Her office staff has gone thru some changes, requiring more followup/reminding on my part (reason for 4 stars), but I'm hopeful the new staff will help get things in shape for the doctor.

My daughter has migraines daily for over 6 years, she was told by several doctors that she was healthy. She was diagnosed with fibormyalgia as well as different types of migraines and fatigue syndrome . She suffered with cognitive fog. Dr. D'Eramo was able to find out it was chronic lymes and treat it.She has gotten straight A's now.

I have been a patient of Dr. D'eramo's for four years. You want a doctor who will listen to you, cares about you being well, and will fight for your best interest as a patient...she is the one.
