I love knowing that I can call my hometown florist and know that flowers I order will be phenomenal! Shari and Sharon are so easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile for customers. I live out of town now and I was able to call up and pay for two hanging baskets for my Mom and Mother in law. They can swing by and pick up the one they want and they are already paid for! I don't have to see them to know they will be spectacular. Thanks for always being so easy to work with and creating such beautiful floral designs. The small town of Houston is so lucky to have them.

I called later in the afternoon, however there was still 2.5 hours of class left. The woman stated she had already been to Raymondville school. When I asked if she could go again she just stated no. She was not sympathetic, nor did she even state that even though it was out of her way she could go again for a fee. 
    I feel as a small business owner you should be willing to at least try to please the community you serve. Very disappointed with the service (or lack or service).
