My dear friends sent me flowers while I was in CMH hospital. She ordered pink roses and purple daisy's with babys breath in a tall vase. She wanted something large, and elegant.  This is what I recieved....3 of my roses are so old they  have dropped most of their peddles off in 24 hours. The tips of the roses were turning brown. Now what company would do this??? She called and he is suppose to refund her money. She was so mad.....here's a pick from yesterday when I got this little arangement. Very embarrassed for her.

I went to their website to look for a flower arrangement for the visitation and funeral of a good friend of mine's mother since they showed covering Buffalo, Missouri.  I wanted a little something different than the usual so that my friend could take it home for a house plant.  This was for the mother of one of my best friends ever!!  We've been friends over 40 years so this was important to me that it be nice.  Their website showed that this arrangement would be in rectangle basket 14 1/2 " long by 14 1/2" high.  It looked very pretty in their picture and was something that I thought would be perfect.  When I got to the visitation there sits this TINY little 6" oval basket with 2 tiny little violets in it.  I was horrified!!!!  How embarrassing!!!!  I called the florist to complain and what she said was just as bad.  She looked up my order and said that her "recipe" for this was what she sent.  I asked her about the HUGE difference between what they had on their website and what she sent and she said she never looks at the website to see what it's suppose to look like.  WHAT!!!!  I explained how unhappy I was and she said what did I expect her to do about it.  I told her I wanted a refund because it was NOTHING like they advertised.  She said she wasn't doing that in a very hateful voice so I asked her what she would do.  She said she would refund $20.00 of the $66.00.  I was extremely upset and couldn't believe they would treat someone so hatefully.  I wouldn't order a thing from them.....EVER!!!!!!  Go somewhere else where they value their customers.

The worst Customer service ever and very raciest.She was cussing my out and calling names and wouldn't even help me find what I was looking for.I would never in my life go here again she needs shut down!!!!!
