I utilize this company for all my clients for drug testing, breath alcohol testing, D.O.T./CDL Physical Exams and paternity testing for legal court cases and private corporate offices. The staff are extremely helpful, respectful, kind and goes above and beyond to deliver great service. They treat all my clients very good. My clients report back to me what great satisfaction they got from this office and low wait time, comfort, and quick service. I highly recommend to anyone, whether you are a legal team (attorney, court system), a company (for your employees) or an individual.

I'm an over the road truck driver and was pulled for a random drug test and breath alcohol test. I was not able to locate a breath alcohol testing center and my boss located ellsworth chiropractic and Dr Ellsworth was able to complete all the services I needed as a Walk-In. I got my D.O.T. physical exam, my random D.O.T. Urine Drug Test and my Random D.O.T. Breath alcohol test completed all at this one location. I was thrilled due to my D.O.T./CDL Med Card was to expire in three days. These people are absolutely the BEST. Treated me extremely well like I was someone they knew for years even though they just met me. The office is very relaxing. (I was worried my Blood pressure would be high due to doctor offices tend to do that to me) They treated me very well, the office is very relaxing and my blood pressure was very good!!! THANK YOU Dr Ellsworth. I highly recommend if you are in need of D.O.T. and Non D.O.T. Physical, Drug Testing or Breath Alcohol Testing. You will be very pleased.
