Whenever I call the phone number listed, I'm given options for what number to dial so that I can be transferred, but when I dial the number according to my issue it just restarts the directory instead of transferring me and I've tried multiple times. Please look into fixing because it's been this way for a few months.

Rudest people I've ever met. Went up there about an emergency link card, since my other one hasn't came, and I was in desperate need... And the lady was so rude and disgusting to me. Told me they don't do it, and I need to find a pantry in the meantime... But how she said it. Never had someone make me feel so low to where I cried in my car. Not to mention had to drive all the way there because no one answers the phone. Been calling since 8am.

I did not think about this when I first typed my review on them. I would add if I could. I was looking over the reviews and the stars and I agree with everyone who gives this place a one star. I wished the people of Springfield IL could see our reviews of this place. Especially the recent reviews.

first of this place is in the worst part of town and i mean this is granite so thats saying something, then you get there and have to wait in line and then get up to the counter just to get mean and dirty looks and get talked to in a hateful way.... not to mention i have applied many times and have the same rude old man every time. He is rude and mean with lots of bad things to say about you.... when i was 18 and had my daughter i lost my job so i went to apply and he told me if i didn't spread my legs i wouldnt have to worry about the states help and alot more hateful things about not having a job or that i wasnt going to college!!! by far the worst place filled with the worst kind of people that all hate their jobs! ONLY gave it two stars because they did end up helping me out after many times of applying.

Keep calling up to child support who was supposed to drop my case in 2012 because it was court ordered but they did not they keep taking money from my husband "was separated but back together" they finally put a hold on it but money was still being taken we went up there and showed they finally stopped that well months later im still waiting for all the money they have taken and said oh you should receive it next week wekk that was a month ago then i go in she said just call for now on which they never answer or call back when they say they will we want our money this is 2017 i been trying to get this fixed since 2012
