wonderful service. I can't say thank you enough! I live in a mobile home and had frozen pipes which ended up breaking. Richard and his technician came out the same day, fixed everything and gave me helpful tips to prevent it from happening again! They were Very polite and informative. Best part...in the end the bill was less than we thought!!! And we were invited to visit their Normal office to play pinball games for FREE! Thank you so much! You will definitely be my first call if I need help again!

Nice company - They came out and fixed my flooded basement in no time flat and was very professional and polite.  Richard game me options on a backup system and did not pressure me in any way as I have had that done from other companies in the past.  I like that they are a family own and operated company and are local.  I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when I need my toilet replaced next week.  Thanks again Richard for the awesome job and will see you next week. - Derick

Richard went above and beyond for helping us with our huge sewer problem. He handled a lot of things that most plumbers wouldn’t even touch. He always kept in touch with me and was always very helpful on any question I had for him. Me and my family can’t thank him enough for allowing us to get back into our home before Christmas. I would highly highly recommend D&R plumbing and ask for Richard. He is an incredible hard working plumber and does what ever he can to make sure everything goes smooth. Thank you Thank You Thank you!!!!! Can’t thank you enough Richard!

I had tried to get 2 plumbers to my house to fix my kitchen sink.  One didn't show up twice the other showed up without calling me to actually schedule a time to come out. 
 Richard and his dad Richard came out worked with the insurance company for a little bit to get everything taken care of for me.  He not only fixed the sink but helped me with what i can do to keep it from having that problem,  and what to do for my bathroom sinks that were also having a problem draining. 
 Absolutely professional, fast, efficient and most importantly they were kind, helpful and understanding of our situation. 
I recommend D & R plumbing to anyone who needs help with plumbing. Now that i know they do heating and air I'll be giving them a call back.

I called D&R late Saturday evening to help me fix a shower faucet that I was unable to repair in my own. Richard took my call and promptly came in within 30 mins. He was very professional and also taught me a few tricks for the future. I appreciate the great service and would recommend D&R to others as well.
