I cannot say enough good things about Wm. Masters. I've never had a bad experience and the professionals that come to help you with your problem are truly the best in the business.  I've got to give a big shout out to Brenda Lang. She came out to help me with a leaking bathroom sink today and I just felt so well taken care of.  She was not only personable and professional, she really knew her stuff and took the time to explain things related to my specific situation and potential needs. I felt well informed and learned some valuable things from her. Trust me folks, when something happens, call Wm Masters....you won't be sorry...these are really, really good people.

I had the misfortune to wake up this morning to find water coming out of the breaker box in the basement due to the heavy amounts of rain we received overnight.  We called Wm. Masters and they sent Josh Scaggs to our rescue.  Josh was polite, courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.  We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to using them for our future wiring needs.

We just got a new furnace, AC, humidifier, and air cleaner. Love the system. It is so quiet and comfortable. Shawn came to the house to give us an estimate and was so helpful. Luke and Josh did a great job putting it in and explaining everything. Both were very polite and careful. All this happened within a few days of me initially calling. We love Wm. Masters!

Mike came out the same day I called to do an estimate, and then he and Brad came out the next afternoon to install a bathtub and did the plumbing for it in our 1922 farmhouse. They were on time, courteous, answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted and made appropriate suggestions to fit the need and budget, and installed it securely with no leaks. I have confidence in their work and would definitely hire them again. The end cost was close to the high end of the initial estimate Mike provided the day before, but that was expected with the complications remodeling old houses can bring. During the estimate, Mike was very up front about potential complications or cost of parts that could push us toward the higher end. Money well spent!

Contacted Shawn at Wm Masters for a quote on a new HVAC.    Extremely professional and upfront with all my options and systems that would work in my home.     Very easy to work with.      The two technicians that installed the new AC and furnace were very professional.  Arrived on time.....finished when they said they would be done.....cleaned up when complete.   Once installed, the technicians took the time to walk through the new systems operation, and answered all my questions.  Looking forward to working with them in the future and would highly recommend.
