Dave and his team saved us at least $7,000 when we sold our house, as well as help us to make sure it sold!  They were demanding some things be done in order to sell the house, and Dave came out to take a look at it, and assured them that the roof was in excellent condition.  With out him and his team, I don't know that we would have been able to sell it!

So our neighborhood prohibits solicitations but that did not stop roofers galore from knocking on everyone's door this past yr!  All were saying storm damage may be present and they would re-roof and have my home owner's ins cover most costs...some saying they would "discount the deductible so absolutely at no cost to us if we sign up today!"

Thank God I did my own research and found D&S construction because Dave was just so pleasant to work with!  
We were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, calm demeanor, & communication skills!  And his customer service skills are excellent!  He definitely went above and beyond even after the beautiful roof was installed.  It's honest people like Dave that makes us thankful and feel at ease trusting to work on our home.  

Glad we trusted Dave and his efficient team as the final product shows it!  The superior quality of the new roof is so visibly apparent in comparison to some of our neighbors' new roofs that went with the other guys~  Also, we did not have to go through our home insurance, again thanks to Dave's solid input.
I would highly recommend D&S construction to anyone who needs a new roof!

Dave Is very knowledgeable in his field. He is our go to with any question we have with our home. He is also an expert with roofs. When Dave inspected our roof in our last home I knew I was receiving honest and  reliable feedback. These days that can be hard to come by. We send all our clients Dave's way when they have an issue with their roof. He is quick to respond and extremely professional.

Dave Nephew, helped my wife and I with storm damage to our roof last year.  Dave, is very knowledgeable and educated on roofing and what it took to repair.  He even helped meet up with our insurance person to do the inspection to make it worry free for us.
