Miscommunication between staff - came out and diagnosed our leak and when a different team member came out another day to fix it, they replaced the wrong boot. Caused our leak to worsen and they had to come an additional time to fix the correct boot. Offered absolutely no compensation for their mistake. Will not be a returning customer.

I had a very minor repair need to the fascia on my roof and could not get a single roofer to come fix it as it they claimed it wasn't worth their time. My wife was told about OC roofing and I noticed their great reviews. I gave them a call and within a week we had the repairs completed.They have earned a customer for life, the next time I or anyone I know needs a new roof I will definitely recommend this company as the first choice.

I had a great experience with OC Roofing. They came out to my home and we're very friendly and professional. They explained the entire process of my roof replacement. They answered all of my questions and set up the work to be completed within a week. I was very impressed with the work performed. They would not sign off on the work until I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in the Jackson county area.

In all honesty we have not used them because the sales/project manager has continued to come to our home four times to either remind us to have a free estimate or to drop her card off. I communicated to her that if we needed anything we would call, however, she continues to come by with her card. I feel the amount of time she has stopped by has become overbearing and uncomfortable.
