My friend was treated very badly the last time we were there. 
One of the technicians accused her of not paying the previous time we were there. She did this loudly and in front of all the clientele.
 I know for a fact that she did pay with cash, because the debit machine was not working that day!
 Afterward Tom the owner, went over to my friend and quietly apologized. No one could hear what he was saying, so she was left looking like a thief! 

I will not go back because of it! They have lost 2 very good customers.

I went to another nail salon and paid 120.00 for my nail and a pedicure that was so poorly done I refuse to even let them try and fix. Went to Mary here and she fixed me right up. We had to start from scratch and it has been wonderful from that point on. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Lady was nice,I didn't notice all the missing paint on my nails until I got home (because i got nude gel paint) not to mention I had air bubbles on my nails,$34 dollars and I had to fix them myself. I won't go back.

Called ahead and asked if there was an available spot, the lady said to come on in, and when I came in, the shop was completely empty of customers, just the workers. I explained I called & was there to get my nails done, & the gentleman said "were too busy" and just walked away, then took the person who came in after me.
