Working with the Dahl Automotive staff was a pleasure! Geno provided excellent service and worked hard to find us the perfect vehicle at the price point we desired. He was very efficient, always friendly and very enjoyable to work. The Dahl team was very kind and genuine. We appreciate their knowledge and quality service. Great customer service. Anthony spent a lot of time answering all the question I had and fully explained the leasing process to me. He was very helpful and responsive over email, overall great experience.

Sales person, Ken Hauser is friendly, explains things well, listens well to what we wanted in a car, is not high pressure (which we like), even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Ken! 5 Stars for Ken. We do want to mention a few things though about the process and dealership. We do not know why the "add-ons" such as rust proofing and major car replacement program are not fully mentioned until we had set up to buy the car. This should have been discussed when covering the car cost. We like to "sleep on" these significant extra money costs but felt pressured by the financial department to make a quick decision. I don't know if management or the financial department require this timing of last minute add-ons. This also would have allowed us to know how much time we needed to be in town (we live out of town) to get the car. It takes 4 hours to exterior rust proof and interior stain proof. We had not planned on 4+ hours to sign the papers and pick up our car. There were a few other things that were not handled the best by the dealership/financial department, but they did their best to keep us happy customers. We do appreciate that! However, why not have good communication between all departments in the first place? Then you do not have to scramble to "make things right" for the customer. Overall Dahl has good people and tries to do right by the customer. However, they do need to take reviews seriously to improve things so they can have consistently great reviews.

Worst customer service ever, especially over the phone because they sure know how to make you wait for a phone call. I had to go over there just to actually get them to get off their seat. I highly do not recommend. Label of dealership don't mean nothing. They will try to scoop any money they can off of you. They couldn't even figure out what was wrong with my car which wasn't even major like what they thought they said. Don't let my review scare you though, find out for yourself and you'll know what I'm talking about. But I'm done with them.

I generally don't review but I will in this case. Since taking my outback in for a normal service appointment I have had nothing but problems. I am actually writing this while at another service provider. Bill went from 200 to 800 dollars by the time I left and let me add that I was NOT asked if this was ok by me. Now I am having to pay for others to fix what was done. I am like a 85 year old grandma when it comes to driving soooooo no hot rod action here. I called five days after having it serviced and told them of the issues and was only offered a free "diagnosis". Save your money!
