This was the best medical experience I've ever experienced. Staff was friendly and professional, office is absolutely beautiful and intimate. Dr Dahl was personable and really took the time to explain things specific to our situation. The best part was her goal in ensuring that each baby learn to latch on immediately following the procedure. Talk about hands on and really caring about your patients. Can't say enough good things about her. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Dr. Linda Dahl is a Dream. The absolute best bedside manner I have ever encountered. She knows what she is talking about. I never hope to have to go to a doctor, but if I ever need an ENT, I am happy to know she is there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dahl since 2008. For many years, I overlooked the long wait times because I believed she was a great doctor. However, my last two visits to her office were unpleasant as a result of Dr. Dahl being behind schedule. I visited the practice in March 2017. I had a 3 p.m. appointent, but was approximately 15 minutes late . I was advised Dr. Dahl was behind schedule upon arrival. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I inquired about the wait time as I had another appointment. One of her staff became belliegerent and reminded me I arrived late for my appointment. However, despite my late arrival Dr. Dahl was not ready to see me. I visited the office today for pressure in ears and congestion. My appointment was at 4 pm. I arrived on time for my appointment. Upon checking in, I was advised I would be seen in a few minutes. I had time to walk to a local store and return to the office before I was taken to an examiniation room at approximately 4:35 p.m.; however, Dr. Dahl did not arrived at approximately 5 p.m. When I expressd my displeasure with the long wait time Dr. Dahl immediately became defensive and unapologetic. She made numerous excuses for being unable to see me in a timely manner. At one point, she told me it was my fault and I should have communicated that I could not wait. I advised Dr. Dahl that it was her staff's responsibilty to inform patients upon their arrival whether she was behind schedule to give them the option of keeping the appointment or rescheduling. Dr. Dahl advised me I should change my expectations of being seen in a timely manner and that she could not control when other patients arrive late. She continued to be argumentative and stated she had been yelled at all day by patients and was not going to take anymore. At that point, I told Dr. Dahl we had to agree to disagree and decided not be examined by her. Moreover, to add insult to injury I wasted $40 on parking fees. I have already selected a new ENT.

I had a bad experience with Linda Dahl. She didn't take the time to examine our baby and recommended a dangerous, unnecessary surgical procedure. She tried to use high pressure sales tactics to force us to choose the surgery. We said no. The problem was later resolved following another doctor's treatment. She then charged an outrageous amount even though no procedure was done. Doctor Linda Dahl should not be allowed to see patients. She is unethical.
