If I could give zero stars, I would. I went here to get ice cream for my boyfriend because he just got his wisdom teeth out and explained and asked her to make sure there was no chunks of anything in the blizzard- wanted just a smooth one. I double checked because it is important he didn't have anything to chew. The lady yelled at me "how many times do I have to tell you" and was extreamly impatient while I was describing what I wanted. This is a matter of medical issues, not trying to get 'no chunks' for fun. Extreamly disappointed.

The last couple times I came here my order was messed up, I can't fully blame the employee since I feel bad for her. Almost every time I stop by there is a line of customers and only ONE employee... she takes and makes the orders then goes back to the next customer. She seems to be doing the best she can so big Kudos to her, I firmly believe management should have two people on shift though to help each other.... maybe then my orders would start coming out right and with some form of consistency. On one occasion that I came, there was a long line of customers and one employee doing everything. In the middle of all this madness another employee came out from the back (possibly management?... it was an older male) this employee leaned over the counter and refilled his drink then left to the back again,.. out of sight... there is NO WAY he didn't notice the long line of customers... terrible to leave one person to handle everything while he is just enjoying his soda.

Over cooked sandwich hard as a rock. Asked for no sauce no cheese came with both. Took too long to ask for it to be done correctly. Thumbs down.

Very nice... The Manager Christina is very efficient and friendly... The food is good too...

The old lady is super rude, the banana split I ordered barley had any ice cream and a pinch of nuts and 4 tiny drops of whipped cream. The old lady made sure to watch them make our order. Over priced and didn't even get my money's worth.
