Have not been in years. Potato skins were wimpy, white sauce? Took one bite and it was so not very potato skins. Could not eat Not real cheese white sauce ya gotta be kidding. It drooped when picked up. Real potato skins should not look or taste that way. Small milk shake was just ok thin and watery?  Dare I say milk? Not be going back.

The staff was friendly and quick. The place seemed clean and orderly. Located close to I-5 and parking was easy. There is plenty of seating inside and out.

Clean. Fast and friendly service. Had a Pumpkin pie blizzard.  Very good.

At 11:51 am they had no customers and I still sit there and wait like 15min it's the took ten minutes to get our two drinks I'm trying to get food before work and they are so slow people call it fast food for a reason not slow food if I wanted slow I would have went to an actual restaurant but it was good food

Twice now we have gone to the sutherlin Dairy Queen and had horrible service both times it was the manager that was at the window and she acted as if our ordering was an inconvenience. Today I took the kids to the drive through where the speaker was so bad I could hardly hear them when we got our order they had forgotten a banana split,the manager said we didn't get charged for it I told her I wanted one and I would pay cash she looked at me and asked again you want one? Like the request was stupid I explained it was for my son who was at home she made what you could technically call a banana split but was more like a mess a child would make she handed it to me and again looked at me like I was stupid. She was so rude that my 6 year old nephew said she was a meany butt and he didn't like her. This place is the most unprofessional establishment I have had to deal with. I think from now on we will be going to the McDonald's down the road for ice cream at least they Know how to treat customers.
