When my trailer was two weeks behind, I talked to the owner. Was told the only guy working on my trailer was pulled off for two days to move other trailers around the lot. The owner asked me when I needed the trailer, I told him two weeks before. Then he asked, "When do you really need it?" I'm sorry, but I told the shop guys how bad it was and when it needed to be done. If I knew they couldn't do it, I would have gone somewhere else. It took a week for them to even get back to me on a price, and they did work without telling me the price beforehand. Of the eight times I went to check on the trailer, only once was someone actually doing anything when I got there. One time I found them cleaning up half an hour before they closed, so they probably stopped working almost an hour early.

We took out trailer in for repairs. They asked when we needed it. We told them Sept. 22,2017 because we had to take it to Portland,OR that weekend where our son was attending PSU. It was live in housing. We got it October 21st. My son had to drive 3hrs to Portland,spend$300+ for hotels for two weekends and back and the third week he drove up and back (6hrs)two days,then the trl.was ready. Plus he had to pay for the space rental, and gas and parking. Will not recommend.

Prices are fair.. and the lady is awesome she does what she can to help you and save you money too will go here again

Excellent service! Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Repaired my RV very quickly and didn't charge and arm and a leg for it.

They took or rig in and had it out in 2 1/2 days. Pricy labor costs.
