Appearance was messy. Took long time to place the order and then get food. My whole family got the lunch meals and went to redeem desert coupon and they still charged a $1 for it claiming only the sundaes are free the rest of the things on the coupon are an up charge. When questioned they said it was the store policy to charge more. They then didn't even punch in the orders so we watched as others after us got their treats before us. It took 20 minutes to get 3 small blizzards.

This Dairy Queen was awful today. Waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes for 2 blizzards. When we finally got them, one was already melted and the other which was supposed to be summer  berries was only blueberries,  which were frozen solid. 
Terrible wait staff. When I told them about this to his face, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "yeah". 
Worst experience ever.

I drove out of my way to this DQ to buy specific ice cream bars on a stick.  I told the young man i wanted a box of vanilla with choc shell and choc w choc shell.  When i drove allvthe way hom i found only two out of the pkg were what i wanted.  All others were strawbeery or butterscotch ....... Yuck. I drove too far home to drive back.  Ibwull never go there again.

The way orders are handled when busy results in a 30 minute wait when I can see my food sitting on the counter behind the desk. The doors are unlocked before the stores even open and I was kicked out for trying to go in and order. (Not knowing when they opened). This manager imperticular has a terrible routine with handing out food and instead takes all the orders first while the good sits and gets cold. Don't come here unless they're emty and if you come when they're busy then have a hour set aside.
