Love the splashberry drink. Great way to start the day. Right next to the New York cheese cake pancakes.Recently upped their already expensive prices, but that still doesn’t stop the many people who come here each day. We never wait longer than 10 minutes when We come. Food Is usually a hit or a miss when it comes to your expectations. Staff are very friendly and also very busy.

Arrived 11:54 am, was seated with 3 or 4 minutes. Waiter was very cordial, took my order at about 12:03. The waiter checked back with me three times and apologized for the delay. At 12:25 I notified the waiter, that I could no longer wait and my food was still not up. I had Doctor's appointments a half hour away, an I needed to eat. Won't have an opportunity to eat until after 4 PM now.

Usually get great service here.  The food is always decent too.  The booth we were seated at could be replaced though.  There was at least a foot long rip in the seat that was repaired by tape.

This was a terrible experience. I spent over $40 for two meals for one thing. This is not a high end fancy restaurant! What hell is wrong with them. This was my 1st and final visit to IHOP. The food was not all that great either. The only thing that was very good is when we left. We should have went to McDonalds, or anywhere else. Even a fancy restaurant would have been cheaper. Avoid all IHOP's at all costs for the costs!!!

Had a wonderful woman named Sammy for my waitress and she was amazing! She was very prompt even though it was busy. I watched as she made sure to check back on each table the right amount of times and at the right time as well which makes a huge difference in how I view a waitress. I love IHOP for the amazing chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes but the service I had from Sammy was top notch and I was very pleased! I'll be sure to return if she is my waitress again!
