Couldn't wait for this place to open back up. Well wasn't worth the wait. Food is not the same and the staff is very rude. Ordered 2 kids meals with fries and 1 adults meal.They tried giving me applesauce instead of fries, and when I said something they took bags back and must have put like 3 fries in each bag. Plus they put the dilly bars in the same bag as the food. Daughter used love their burgers. She didn't even eat half of it and said she didn't like their food any more and was cold. We used to get food about 1 time a week. Always good service, fresh and hot, without attitude. Not this time. See no reason to return.

Was excited to see that u guys were open again with new owners, but my excitement was short lived. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with CHOCOLATE ice cream NOT vanilla ice cream and coco powder or whatever they used. Not the first time this has happened. Also they need to have at least one ADULT there someone above the legal drinking age to many kids to imature......They lost a loyal customer. Riverside here I come!!!

Dairy Queen is our favorite ice cream place, and we were so excited to try this as soon as it opened. We have had a few problems the few times we have went so far. They are very unaware of any blizzards away from the basics and do not mix them well at all, we ordered a medium regular blizzard and were charged for extra toppings, because we had to break down exactly how to make it, and after getting halfway through it, realized it wasn't even mixed, and was just plain ice cream in the bottom half. When it comes to service, there were 3-4 girls working, and only 1 was actually helping customers and putting orders together, with a line of 6 or more cars. Hopefully it gets better!!

Try it now!!! Slow..working out the kinks. Freshest burgers ever....Worth the wait!! Open for the second day today. Got my food yesterday on their first day open. Busier than I've ever seen it at my lunch time.

Our family was pretty excited to see that there were new owners of this establishment. We had avoided it before due to bad service and our order always made wrong, which was annoying when you’re spending almost $5 for a drink. It seems this Dairy Queen has potential again. We have been there a handful of times since they reopened a few weeks ago. The service we have had has been nice and friendly so far. I had to have my mocha moo latte remade a couple of times, but I’m hoping they are just working out the kinks! They seem a little stingy with their fudge sauce in their drinks and blizzards compared to other DQ’s. The Janesville DQ isn’t stingy with the chocolate 😉 If I notice it changes I will gladly give them a better rating. 👍🏻 I’m hopeful for this Dairy Queen!
