Great place! Really friendly staff that was very helpful. I ordered 2lbs of wings for my meal... WAY more than enough! Lots of TVs in the bar area, so this would be a great place to watch the game. I plan on returning.

I come to Jersey’s 2-4 times a month. I absolutely love the food but I swear the service gets worse every time. During tonight’s visit the bartender took my drink order and my card, and asked if I would like to keep a tab open. I said yes, I would like to order some dinner. After waiting 30 minutes ( no exaggeration; I timed it) I still had not had my dinner order taken - or even received a menu to peruse - so I closed my tab and went somewhere else where I can, with some luck, actually be served. As delicious as the food is, I’m having a hard time seeing myself coming back anytime in the near future.

We loved the environment! The food was great! However, one improvement on the service side for example is. Our friend at the table got a fish sandwich, the fish was great! But the tomato on it was rotten. It didn’t make it taste very good. So the waitress Erica came back. & our friend simply stated nicely that she didn’t like it because of the tomato and she paused and said “well we just got a new truck of fresh produce I don’t know why it would taste bad” she was more insulted than helpful. I have personally been in the service industry for over 2 years. All Erica had to do was simply say to the guest 
“I am so sorry you didn’t enjoy your meal, is there anything I can grab you? Can we make you a new sandwich?” & “by the way I’ll have my manager take it off the bill right away!:)” 
All the problems would have been solved and the guest would be happy. But that did not happen. We are not trying to be mean or harsh. We just simply care that the waitress improves and sees to it that guests come first and the problem will always be solved with the waitress and staff showing to the guest they truly care. Thank you for the wonderful food. There is always room for improvement!

My fiance and i come here about once and month and eat. We love their service and AWESOME food. We have gone there at least 50 - 75 times and each time was great! We will keep coming!

Burgers are delicious and they have Spotted Cow which is only found in Wisconsin so we don't have to go far to have it because we live about 5 minutes from jersey. I'm busy nights at the service can be a little slow but that's understandable with how busy they get. Jersey's is one of our favorite places. Pricing is real good especially with the amount of food that you get their homemade chips are delicious.
