A small deli is flanked by a freezer full of DQ treats and custom cakes on one side, and a rack of Irish snack foods on the other. In summer, especially after games are over, the line for ice cream can go out the door, sometimes to the street. 
There are a few tables and benches outside, but only a small bench inside, so expect to take out.
The deli also sells hoagies and sandwiches (for lunch, perhaps), but I've never seen anyone ordering anything but ice cream treats.
Great Blizzards (but that's standard DQ fare).

Love the food, love the hoagies.  Enjoy shopping the Irish sections as well.  A must stop when visiting the parents in the old neighborhood.
