This location is horrid. My husband stopped in last night to buy a box of buster bars. Something that should have taken 5 minutes turned into a half hour nightmare. Let me preface by saying the restaurant was not busy. At all. The only person working the register was on her personal phone, taking an order for her family, while screaming at the shift leader for her discount among other things. All of this could have been forgivable, if she would have apologized and told my husband it would just be a minute. But nope, she continued taking her own order, on her personal phone while at the register, screaming like a lunatic, and ignoring my husband. As he was walking out, she continued to scream. Completely unprofessional. If you want to see a show, but not receive even an iota of good customer service, this is the place for you! Otherwise, avoid it like the plague.

This location is usually good. I've eaten there many times and they haven't messed up my order very much at all. That being said, my most recent experience wasn't pleasant at all. It was very meh. The service was okay when it is normally really good. I would still recommend eating here if you want Dairy Queen. They do a good job with customizing orders to accommodate allergens

Not one of my favorite Dairy Queens. I do enjoy Dairy Queen, Queens.

The chicken-fried steak a ordered was special, I went through the drive-thru, I went back after finding out it was not correct. By then my food was cold and all they did was open it up and fix it and I told them I would like a new one made since it was cold and old and I did not like eating cold food.

Customer service was not very friendly at the window I was rushed. No one was behind me yet they wanted wanted me to part to the side. It took probably two minutes for my food to come out and there were still no one at the drive-thru window, so why would they have me pull over.

Then when I went to have the correction fixed the same girl that helped me at the window scoffed under her breath when I told her I wanted a new one made.

The burgers were bad and this was 2nd time. The ice cream was good . The cook does not know what he//she is doing . The potato cold and hard. The chicken cold and hard. Oh , the buns setting out all day. Not even tried  to toast.  Asked for cheese  didn't get. The hamburger meat was precooked and had been torn cold and setting around. How long??

This location sucks. Messed my order called to talk to a manager. Was told to come back the next day,and I came back the manager that was working told me we don’t mess up, you must have ordered wrong. Showed the receipt and where they screwed up. Was told I was making it up. Not happy and will never return to this location.
