Consider this a no star. Continually horrible service. But today, the manager was there. We walked up to the register and the kid walked up and in the middle of, hey how are you, his cell phone starts ringing in his pocket. Without missing a beat he tells us to hang on and proceeds to answer his phone and walk to the back of the store. I work in customer service and I would NEVER do this. I walked to Taco Johns to get the manager and explain what happened. He excuses it saying that it's a coworker calling in and they are dealing with her. Well, even if that's the case, you deal with that when you don't have a customer. So there is no good reason. But to top it off, the kid walked over to let us know that it was his mom calling. I seriously couldn't make this up. They lost me as a customer for good. Find some decent staff or get your butt behind the counter and provide decent service. Otherwise you don't deserve to run a business. This has gone on way too long.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never reviewed a place unless I multiple times have had bad experiences. I ordered a medium Oreo cheesequake since I guess chocolate extreme isn’t available anymore. However, I didn’t get a single Oreo piece in the whole cup. I got like 2 bites of cheesequake but was very weak. So you are pretty much paying $4 for a medium vanilla ice cream in a cup !! 

If you are craving ice cream, please go to mcds for a milkshake or for an Oreo McFlurry. If you want different variety of ice cream, with a waffle cone, go to subway.

Do not waste your money here.

wow...terrible service!  as we walked up young teen was using fingers to get peanuts out of container, turned to see us at counter and put on gloves...  time to order...no chocolate ice cream "it hasnt been loaded yet"...no hot fudge "i have to open the can, it will be like 10-15 min...."...w.t.No!  took our order of simplist thing 2 sm van cones....10 min later , because all he did was take orders...didnt fill any orders cause "im all by myself..."  finally i asked him for our order and he said " oh, yah...i will get that now"....this is last visit here.. there were 7 other orders after us still waiting when we left 15 min later....

They have changed a lot for the better as far as I can tell.  They started flipping the blizzards upside down like other Dairy Queens do. They also keep up with the Blizzard of the week. One issue this place always had was their own restaurant to serve both ice cream and food. As long as they stay like this then they should get better ratings.

This DQ didn't have most of the things a regular DQ has, so I was kinda disappointed 🙁
