Way understaffed, no greeting when you enter. Actually had staff open pop and offer a customer one while they sat and discussed what they made for dinner and chit chat meanwhile we sat and waited 40 minutes the first time , left come back for another 20 , we left and drove to falls city to get our phone. Rude rude rude

They fail to tell you multiple key things about trading and payment. I have have to call in twice within two days because they claimed we had to pay more than what they originally said. Called Verizon and they took care of us. I do not recommend going to this one. Go to a bigger one like in Lincoln or Omaha.

Under staffed and over worked employees. There were two employees staffed who were each in the middle of activating phones for single and family plans they tried there very best to be wonderful hostesses but we all know buying a new cell phone , adding lines or God for bid getting a family plan takes time, ALOT of time. These ladies I am sure start off in the am full of energy but we came in at the end of the day and they made it clear with body language and facial expressions, and purposeful avoidance of eye contact the rest of our stay made it clear that we would be waiting in vain. I do want to make sure you know they were not rude or made us feel personally unwelcome they were just worn out and very busy. 
I feel this store needs a part time hostess to greet us during peak hours, delegate simple phone fixes or field questions because maybe some of the customer traffic could be directed to help desk lines or the website instead of just waiting in a line with no end. I repeat these ladies did there job and I am sure exceptional to there immediate customers ,but for the rest of us we felt a bit ignored.

We are on a long road trip and I forgot my charger behind.  They had the one I needed and also gave me the business discount that was reflected in our emails.
