Dairy Queen reinvented itself  a number of years ago and who would think that this is where you should go to get a great hamburger? Delicious and their chicken finger basket is also a favorite of mine. This DQ has lavish landscaping that while you wait on line, you get the feeling you are in a tropical paradise (in comparison to everywhere else you can drive through).  The owner is often working the window and very friendly.  yea, I eat her fairly often because of the food and the friendly atmosphere presented by the employees.  5 stars for fast food!

I love DQ food and treats. What I do not like is this foreign owner's lackadaisical attitude on fulfilling his promises that "Everything is as you ordered." then, not answering the telephone when you try to register your complaint in person.

Seems like the customer service at this location is declining along with the freshness of the food. In most instances the restaurant is very clean (including restrooms), the service is good, and the food is hot and fresh. We love this restaurant, and want to see the owners empower their employees and teach them to be the best the can be. They can give Chick-Fil-A a run for their money when everything is going right.
