Ordered online for pickup at 7:50. Arrived 7:55 and was told the order was not started and they were working on an order that had just come in.  8:20 was asked about the order and they had made it wrong so they starting over. 8:25 got order and left and of course didn't check it because they had made it again in the store.  Got home WRONG ORDER.  Called store to be told by the shift manager she was powerless to do anything and would have to call the manager during the day.  Asked that the manager call me back now.  Shift manager said she called the manager and left a VM for them.  NEVER HEARD BACK.  This is not an employee issue, it is a manger issue.  Get your act together and stop bringing down a good brand.  Great food, good that you say you give back to public safety but wake up! You aren't going to last long in Baytown with all the new places starting up if you have this kind of service.
