Dairy Queen is one of the oldest best places around. The current owner has had the store for 17 years and he worked there before he owned the DQ. 

I think practically everyone knows DQ! So the only way to improve the product is with the customer service. The DQ ice cream servers here are very welcoming, saying hello to everyone who comes through the door. 

Small children are treated with kindness. Small samples are provided for people like me who have a hard time deciding. Ice cream cakes are always in stock and decorating can be done with advance notice; 'Happy Birthday John or Jill' can be done immediately.

We have few family traditions but DQ ice cream cakes are one of them. Even now that are children are adults we still get together to celebrate another year with one!
