I went to this place to do my taxes with an appointment and had to wait 2 hours after I got there on time. The receptionist was rude and helpless and it took 3 months to get my refund because they filled wrong. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ;(

Came here recommended by a friend. My friend had usually good experiences but share whit me his sadness about waiting time and rude receptionist. I had an appointment (March 2016) but still had to wait more than an hour to be called. After almost 2 hors I was sitting with Lily, she was friendly/ knowledgeable and patient. She finishes my taxes in 40 mins and answer all my questions to the detail. 6 weeks (May 2017) latter I called to enquire about the status of some pending documentation for IRS, no answer for DAYS, I had to drive there, the receptionist told me I had to wait can’t see the accountant. IRS said they did not receive my file. 10 weeks later (June) I called, got a voice mail with a full voicemail box, and IRS said they did not receive my file. 4 months later(July 2016) still full voicemail box, drive there and they are in a Summer hours working 6 hours a week on Thursdays; IRS said they did not receive my file. So if you have a plain return and need no additional interaction with Dakota team you may be good with a decent refund, should you need a second visit or speak with your accountant you are …. Well you know, like me waiting for weeks with no answer to phone or emails. Good accountants with terrible customer support.

They are horrible !! I been calling since Monday and today is Friday and they still haven't answered there phone . I emailed and no reply . I did my taxes on February and i still haven't had any response from them . Ever again ! I will never recommend this place with anyone .
