On a road trip we stopped here for a quick bite. First off when they take you to your table they give you menus and hot rolls with butter. No waiting. We ordered a generous pitcher of beer for $8. Carrie our waitress was delightful. We ordered 3 appetizers: Beefy Chorizo Queso Dip, Meatball Skillet, and Wild Bill’s Chili. All were tasty, well seasoned, and memorable. Sometimes you know that when the apps are good everything else will be good as well. It made me sad to think that we would never get the chance to eat here again because I know it would have been tasty and we were just passing through. All this was $30 without tip. Good Deal.
Went here for the first time with my dad and really enjoyed the food! They have amazing rolls with the good cinnamon butter! The steak I ordered was also very good! Our waitress, I’m pretty sure her name is Jasmin was Amazing at her job very friendly and nice . Good and fast service even though they were busy.
From the outside in, Dakota’s Roadhouse will transport you down South and make you feel warm and invited like a real country home should. I started my experience with Mrs. Susie’s Margarita which was strong and not too sour, just like I like ‘em! I shared their Almost Famous Onion Loaf with my husband, which was less loafy and more onion ringy but still so very delicious, especially when you add the southwest ranch sauce for a little razzle dazzle. The downfall, which was probably more of my fault than Dakotas for not ordering steak or ribs, was the Prime Rib French Dip. It was just mush on mush, the bread wasn’t toasted for a contrast and it just wasn’t very tasty. I would love to come back and try something else because overall the atmosphere, drinks and other food was pretty good.
Great food! Our server was new, but very willing to find out answers to our weird requests. We went for the cheap route for our first visit every 5th Wednesday there's $5 burgers. Next time we want to try the ribeye or prime rib. Photo credit goes to my husband.
Server had a lot of tables to wait on and did a great job keeping up. Got all orders correct and kept refills on drinks coming quickly . Everyone had a really nice time. We had two young children with us that she made sure had everything they needed. Great experience!Food: 4/5
The food was fantastic. Unfortunately our server couldn't have been bothered to actually acknowledge us. The service was enough to turn us from coming back. Maybe he had a rough day? Either way I'll give credit where it's due. Everything on my plate was pretty tasty.
I can honestly say that this was the worst steakhouse i have ever eaten at. May have been a bad day but i would not eat there again. It took better than an hour to get the main course. The steak was cold, the potato was not done. And after i had eaten most of it. They came and asked if i still wanted my salad. At the same time they asked my buddy if he still wanted his onion rings. We just paid and left. That was a 100.00 bucks wasted.
I've been here several times both with my mother and my friends and I've enjoyed it every time. The service was always good. The food was always great and well there's not much else in the area to even compare it to because there's much not much else in the area. Food: 5/5
This was a horrible experience. The waitstaff including the greeter who was completely crabby was terrible. Our waitress never checked on us once and then just stopped at the table to give us our bill and said pay me when your ready. My husband didn’t have dip for his sandwich and had to find his own ketchup. Then ask is he could get a refill. My salad was definitely not the quality I was expecting. Numerous un-bussed tables and dirty floors as well as kitchen, would you could plainly see on your way to the bathroom. I would not recommend it to some changes are made.
Ate here when we came up to deer hunt. Got the full rack of ribs and it was dang good. The BBQ was sweet and smoky and the rib meat pulled right off the bone. Plenty of TV’s to watch inside as well. I’d go back for sure.
